What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Minoura will, at its discretion, either:
- Repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@shopminoura.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions for returning the product, if needed.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Minoura’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, and this warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages.
